Use this swivel or fixed eye panic snap while grooming pets for added security. It attaches to your grooming arm and can be released instantly if an emergency arises. If the dog pulls down, the panic snap will not come off. Only the Groomer can release and unlock this snap by firmly pulling down on the arrow. Only takes one hand to disconnect under a load.
